Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.

If you’re running late, please contact me as soon as possible. Arriving 10 minutes or more late may require adjusting your services or rescheduling. If we need to reschedule due to late arrival, the cancellation fee will apply.
